It’s the end of the month and I am back to juggling projects again, only little jobs though so I should be able to keep all my balls in the air.
I planned on not taking on any big jobs until after Christmas but have had 2 biggish exciting commercial design jobs pop up his week via my website and a fashion styling enquiry come in from my Darwinlife magazine writing so it looks like I might be busy right up til we fly out on holidays on christmas even now. Lucky I love my job. 😀
I think people need to be happy more often. It is such an easy thing to do to look within yourself and find happiness…I feel like I need to start encouraging people to do this as I seem to have an overabundance of happiness myself yet other people seem to be sad or bored to often and I want to change this.
Today I walked through a park in the early morning and the wet grass from the sprinklers that narrowly missed me made me happy. I watched my puppy bound after a leaf blowing in the wind and I laughed to myself. I saw an old familiar lady walking her old dog and smiled at her even though she was too far away to see me. I felt my ponytail bobbing up and down with each stride and brushing my neck and that made me smile too. Simple stuff see? Happiness. You make your own. 😀
Speaking of happy these are the spaces or things that made me smile this week:
I can’t remember where I came across this image in my never ending design search, I probably googles something like ‘floral and mint” and it came up but I love the colour and fabric combination. Quite sweet I am using these as inspo for a little side project I have onHappy weekend to you all!
