As a proud Territorian Haley was engaged by the Darwin Turf Club to promote the Darwin Cup Carnival and all things Northern Territory style. A great promotion of Lady Darwin Design which provided numerous contacts in the NT and abroad as well as lots of valuable networking and business exposure throughout the year.
The award winning Stonehouse Wine bar located in the historic stone cottages on Cavenagh street Darwin City. Interior Design by Lady Darwin, a favourite job… for obvious reasons.
When Marie Clair Maison magazine came to the NT all the way from Italy to do a feature with Tourism NT they interviewed Haley as the sole Designer and local Creative Industry representative discussing what inspires her work, The local art scene, Historical Darwin Architecture and tropical design as well as how the city has changed over the years from the ‘Asian Gateway’ into a thriving city full of it’s own culture and charms.
