I find myself often falling for things …saving them from various sources and then collating them into folders on my desktop for use in a future project. I guess you could say that I am an “information hoarder” but I do often refer back to these folders and use the pieces that I love in peoples homes, businesses or the events and photoshoots that I style.
Sundays are usually my day when I clean up my desktop of all these little jpegs and the many files that I have saved during the week, ready for a fresh new week of work. Here is what I am crushing on this week:
I take inspiration from things I see in the every day world. A piece of floaty fabric, The contrast of colour on my friends beaded necklace, the sunset, the sign on the road … I find myself taking pictures of things I see while waiting in line at the supermarket or walking my dog.
