I have been co-habitating with a small spider. He lives in my bathroom… mostly in the sink and every morning we have these one sided conversations that go something like this  “Hey lil friend you got a death wish today? better move the waters coming’, come on hurry up I’m late again”.

Spider  (Not a big talker thus far) – Scurries away and hides in the vase beside the tap until tomorrow. Eyeing me with suspicion the entire time.

Today as I was brushing my teeth I noticed a glisten of colour on my spider friend’s back that I have never noticed before. I had been pondering a feature colour for a restaurant project I am working on … BANG! wall colour sorted and THAT friend’s is how the creative mind operates.
