324 emails. 4 cups of tea, 2 bowls of porridge, a cheese toasty, 3/4 of a bottle of sav blanc + half a packet of cheezels = 4 full days & nights later and I am finally back on track and ready to get working again. Yes, holidays take time to get over and any longer than a week off work when you run your own business as well as work full time hours is probably a crazy idea …. but I think I do crazy quite well.
So with all of my emails now read and replied to, Yep s.o.r.t.e.d SORTED and the mail pile opened but not yet sorted (whatever – it can wait it’s mostly bills and samples anyway) I am good-to-go again so send me your grand plans or ideas and let’s get busy!
Workwise this month I have 2 events to style, a brand new little baby bedroom makeover (that I need to sort before my clients kid arrives in a few weeks time!) but I love these jobs and I love this client even more so this isn’t even work to me, add to that a sexy fashion photo shoot to style, Plus a mega HUGE full scale home renovation that I am desperately hoping the owners will delay for a few weeks as I really don’t want to to go back to 5am starts at my computer again just yet. Please?
Ok my work aside now … I want to share some of the inspiration I got while flitting around on the beautiful Mornington Penninsula. This little winter paradise escape fuelled my creative energy and I cannot get enough of this pretty-as-apicture part of the world. Ok yes, Partly because it is nestled in amongst the best of wine country… you got me there.
